General terms and conditions
Prices
All offers of this online-shop are only valid for the commerce, trade and industry. Deliveries to private persons are not possible. All prices are net prices plus VAT (valid at the day of delivery). Prices do not include costs for packing, freight and insurance.Due to price fluctuations of our suppliers as well as to currency fluctuations of import goods we reserve for price adjustments during the term of the online-shop. All previous vending documents get invalid with the activation of this online-shop.
Differences and misprints
Product changes which are for quality improvements or price alterations due to new purchase conditions as well as misprints or errors in descriptions and prices are subject to change.
Assembling
All products of Bohnacker Ladeneinrichtungen GmbH can be put up quickly and easily. If necessary, instruction sheets are enclosed.
Lead time
Standard delivery: 2-5 workdays,
Express delivery: 1-3 workdays, plus additional costs, depending on the size of the parcel.
These additional costs are communicated when the order is placed or on request.
It is possible to choose between complete or part-delivery.
Compensations for non-performance or delayed delivery are not possible.
Delivery / Passing of risk
The delivery is ex works, packing excluded. The dispatch is on account and at the risk of the addressee. We assume no liability for damages and losses during the transport. The mode of dispatch is made in our estimation provided that the customer does not give special shipping instructions. If the customer does not give ulterior instructions concerning the insurance against damages in transit, an insurance can be made by us at the expense of the customer. There is no compulsory insurance.
Complaints
The customer is obliged to control the packing immediately when receiving the goods and to communicate any defects immediately to the sender in written form (address see “dispatch conditions”). After the expiration of 7 days after the delivery, no more rights concerning defects, deficits, differences from samples or the like can be asserted. In case of legitimate complaints in due course we deliver at our own choice a replacement of free charge or change the goods.
The customer has to bear the freight- and storage costs if the ordered goods are not accepted.
Payment
The settlement is made for Intersport Austria GmbH.
Orders
The minimum order value is 30,00 EUR. For orders under this value a markup for small-volume purchases of 5,50 EUR will be charged.
Place of performance and jurisdiction
Place of performance and jurisdiction is the head office location of Bohnacker Ladeneinrichtungen GmbH.
Property reservations
Delivered good remain the property of Bohnacker Ladeneinrichtungen GmbH until the goods have been paid for in their entirety.
Advice
Should individual requirements be or become invalid, this has no impact on the legal applicability of the remaining terms and conditions in these general terms and conditions.
